Greetings from the Regional Commission for Liturgy in Konkani.
We are pleased to announce that the Revised Konkani Missal- Romi Misa Gronth and the
Concelebrant’s copy are now ready for distribution.
Collection Details: The above books are available at the Mangala Jyothi office in
Mangalore. You may collect your copies starting Monday, July 6, 2026, during office hours
(Monday to Saturday: 09 am to 05 pm.)

Official Implementation and Practice: As per the official decree issued by the Chairman
Bishop of the Regional Commission for Liturgy in Konkani, the official use of the Revised
Konkani Missal- Romi Misa Gronth, will commence on August 15, 2026, the Solemnity of the
Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Until then, we highly encourage you to undertake the
necessary pastoral preparations to help the faithful become familiar with this revised version.
To assist you in this transition, musical notation hard copies for Mass and Response singing
are available at the Mangala Jyothi office, and the recorded Mass tunes can be accessed online
